Lake Grove Swim Park

One of two Lake Oswego swim parks.  While taking pictures at this swim park, I was asked for I.D. and one of the attendants told me there is a map showing which residents of Lake Oswego could visit the Lake Grove Swim Park.  The area I live in, Westlake, is allowed to go to this Lake Grove Swim park.

The attendant also told me that this swim park is owned by the school district whereas Ridgeway Swim Park is owned by the City of LO’s Recreation & Parks Department, which I didn’t know.

Ridgeway Swim Park

Tomorrow’s the first day of summer.  We’ve had crazy weather this Spring, but hopefully we will have nice weather this Summer so the Ridgeway Swim Park in Lake Oswego can be enjoyed.

There are two swim parks (located at each end of the Lake).  Ridgeway is the one at the east end of Oswego Lake.  It is open for residents only living in Lake Oswego from June 29 to August 31.

The gate was locked and it was on a slope.  Being short, I had a difficult time to take a picture at a spot where I wouldn’t lose my footing and still be able to look over the fence.  That’s why the tree got stuck in the middle LOL!
